Sprint Developers

I've read in a post of wfrantz in a forum that I can develop an application witch can retrieve GPS coordinate in a cellular phone/pda with j2ME location api (JSR-179).

I read api's documentation on java.sun.com/jcp but i can't download the lapi.jar for using it.
Sun's site have not a link and nokia's forum site link is broken.

A gentle person can gime me an address where i can download jar file or can directly e-mail me the file?
