Sprint Developers

Hi, I am doing some research using AirCard 580, and I wanted to know if there is a debug mode that lets the developer see what's going on with the card. I am interested in network related information such as packet/frame loss rate, connection capacity, signal/noice ration, etc. Is there a tool that I can use for this or does Sprint software have a debug mode for it like phones?

Any help on this would be highly appreciated!
