Sprint Developers

OK, so I have a view movies, and I'd very much like to stream them to my phone.... movies, songs, etc etc. My server is not dedicated, so they won't let me do it. Is there another way you can stream....

I do have ORB, and tried it out, and it's all great, but it's not what Im looking for. I'd like to make shortclips etc and offer them to other people.... preferrably on my http://wap.ryansechrest.com website, and not just put an account on there that logs the user into ORB.

Any ideas on that?
