HOW DO I... add mobile video to a website?

I want to add mobile video to my website; my site turned out to be Sprint Vision friendly - with a few minor adjustments - and except for the video samples.

The video doesn't play back. After research, I found that .3g2 files work best on SPRINT CDMA phones.

There are links for .3GP .3P2 and .MOV but all video is a "no show" on my Sprint Vision phone. What am I missing here?
